There isn't one listed. For several years Haynes also didn't do one for the C5 - until enough guys emailed them about it.

Ive never actually changed an air filter on a C4 HDi, but i do believe the filter is housed under the windscreen wiper scuttle pannel. I do believe the wipers and plastic trim need to be removed to gain access, i couldnt see anyway around not removing them to change the filter. In fact i couldnt even see the filter.

Pollen filter might be inside the cabin, under the passenger footwell, seems the favourite place. Though im not sure for definate.

You could try asking your citroen dealer, you never know, you might have a helpful one!

The pollen filter is in the engine bay, (looking at the car from the front) look under the r/h side of the scuttle panel, there you will see some soundproofing held to the sctuttle panel by 3 trim clips running accross the top edge of the trim, after removing these the trim can be pulled out (can be a tad fiddly sometimes), then after removing the trim you should see a black plastic panel on the bulkhead with a small 'grab handle' attatched to it, they are usually tight as f**k to remove but they are not held in with anything as such, just give it a bit of a good tug ;) your pollen filter is behind that panel.

The air filter is at the back of the engine bay (1.6 hdi) under a large black (plastic) panel (ie air filter top cover) just below the scuttle panel. I usually remove the whole unit (inc' air feed pipes) when replacing the air filter which means removing the fuel filter housing in order to swing the air filter unit out. I think the top of the air filter housing is held in by 5mm allen key bolts & you may find pulling the fuel pipes out of the way improves access. Try not to loose the rubber grommits the filter housing sits in or it may well cause it to rattle. To be honest they can be a bit of a pain to get too
