Peugeot 607 2.2 HDI Particulate Fluid Top up

Am trying to top up my Eolys fluid but cannot get any in, have had it confirmed that tank is empty but it wont fill. Have purchased correct kit from Peugeot dealer, followed instructions even searched on line for diagrams but still cannot get fluid in. Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks

which pipe are you trying to fill it through ? do you have a picture ?

the kit will only fit one pipe and that's the top one
