HI all,
Just wanted to let you know that I took delivery of my Xantia Activa S2 from XantiaMan ( Gareth ) YEsterday afternoon and am pleased as punch with it.
I only got to take it out for 30 mins but in that short time I can see what a great car it is and glad I paid over the odds to get it.
One thing I wanted to say was what a sterling job Gareth has done with the turbo and in car ajustable boost. I have driven an activa with the standard engine and have to say this is MILES better. It has lost none of its CT and the power is smooth all the way to the red line. Why oh WHy didnt they do them like this from the factory????
I have had a couple of Xantia V6's and drive a V6 C5 51plate and love the V6 engine. You cant really compare both as they are so different but equally as good in their own way.
Well done Gareth for a great job ( thanks for delivering it ) and CitroJom before him..
Also changing the subject how do I list my cars like everyone has on this forum because it shows the list everytime you write something on here.
Thanks

Really happy your pleased with it Brett.
As i've always said to people, my intention was never to make it into a fire breathing monster, just improve on what it had, and make it as it should have been from the factory.
I'm now certain my choice of turbo was a good one! I found very little difference low down and the improved mid range was worth the hassle. Combined with the boost controller, its the perfect combination.

Welcome again Brett
Delighted my old Activa has found another excellent home!
Have a read of the early parts of my blog to gain a bit of history on your car but I imagine Gareth has already told you all the highlights.
