Actually i bet that particular LX does have ABS fitted. Im sure was added onto LX Xantias at some point, that being a late car it probably does have it.XantiaMan wrote:

And FWIW, the late S1 LX did have everything on that list except ABS and Trafficmaster, which is s**t anyway.
Seems a bit steep really, £1K tops for me with that one, though it depends on what its actually like on viewing. An LX might not be as desirable, but it comes down to what you can find. Condition in far far more important to me than spec, especially if it already has AC.
I keep an eye on good Xantia prices, good HDis do fetch around that money it seems. One i was going to see was sold for £1500 with 50K miles, that was an LX HDi 90. This was a couple of months back.
Needs its front suspension looking at, n/s indicator lense is missing, coloured mirror cover is missing - minor things but might be an example of how the rest of the car looks.
