Rev counter Xantia

Rev counter?

Xantia 98 Estate

My battery went flat on Monday and since then I’ve had no rev counter, it’s gone all the way round to the right, not sitting on the needle on the left. I’ve looked in the handbook and can’t see a fuse for it, anyone got any advice.
