Suspension hoses and pipes

Post by XantiaDaveEire »

Hi guys,My car has had very hard suspension since i bought it in september so after changing all the spheres twice there is still no differance really as to what there should be,i left my car in to get the spheres changed last monday and when i collected the car i was happy to find the car all lovely and soft and even do she handled like a boat i like the car rocking back and forth as i accelerate  but then after a few days the car has started to firm up again  ..the rear is the worst ,it has very little travel and it feels like it is bottoming out after 2-3 inches

The spheres are correct for the car,i even bought the comfort spheres to improve it further but im so dissapointed  I have done plenty of citrobics..the only thing left i can think of is maybe if there is a split or hole in any of the hoses or pipes and this is leaking pressure but im not too sure on any of this

Can anyone please help me

When the rear goes hard, what is the ride height like at the rear???

IE: Has the car sunk?

If the anti roll bar clamp has broken, yes the car WILL come up if you move the lever in the car, but it wont stay up as the clamp is not referencing the Height corrector..

Its ALL that can make the ride go hard after changing spheres, either too high, or too low ..
