Update as promised.
I bought a set of Mintex pads and discs from seller longflight2003. Cost was 29.99 quid plus eleven quid delivery. Paid by Paypal on Friday 29th (late evening), package arrived Friday 5th Feb by Parcelforce. Fitted today, perfect fit, absolutely no problems with the replacement parts at all.
Can't yet really comment on the performance, having only been out on a very short drive, but there is no noise, judder or pulling to either side.
