Which engine?
1.9TD, to the back left of the fuel pump there's a junction of 3 pipes with a coolant dust cap on top, remove the cap.
2.0CT back left of the crank case there's an elbow with a unscrewable bleed valve in it.

Yes.

Full procedure: Expansion cap off, run up to temperature, to the tank to brim, open the bleed cap on the three-way junction near/on the RH engine mount and the bleeder on the heater matrix elbow until clear, bubble-free water runs. Top up if necessary to keep the tank brimmed.

Feel all over the rad to check it's hot all over and feel the matrix pipes to check they're nice and hot.

Re-bleed if necessary.

Let run until the fans cut in and then out.

Switch off and leave expansion tank cap OFF until the engine and coolant have cooled right down. Top up if necessary and replace cap. Job done.

yes. engine running, bleed valve open, jug of coolant to top up.
when coolant comes out the valve, close it.
massage the large rubber hose along the front of the engine.
keep the engine running, you want the fans to kick in and the thermostat to open.
top up as needed

It looks like a tyre valve cap right on the elbow. It's hard to see but put your hand up there and you'll feel it. It's on the LH elbow if I remember correctly...

Be careful you don't screw it right off and loose it! Also mind the hot water...

Elbow is located/jammed right up against the bulkhead, at the back of the engine. The elbow's where the two rubber hoses terminate, and feeds the coolant thro' the bulkhead to the matrix, which is buried inside the car behind the dashboard
