Hmmm... Im not a "Branded" fan.. I dont think the IPhone is "Everything"..

*runs and hides*!

Mind you, I do use a Samsung Jet, which seems pretty damm close to the Iphone!

I think Apple ask too much for there things - Yes I know its top stuff and well built..

Being someone who wants a phone that's able to do simple things, like run several apps at once, or even be able to bluetooth files to another device, the iPhone is not something I could consider ;)

Probably right at the moment now Xac, the push for world domination
by the iPhone has not repented yet so they're 2 a penny although I'm
not going to rise to the bait - I'm a Mac fan and have been since 1988
so I'm a lost cause.

My point was a Citroen isn't the obvious choice for most people in the
same way a Mac isn't the default option for a computer. The iPhone
has passed being cool to being the prerequisite accessory now although
the first gen 1 I just upgraded from is still a rare sight! My brother in
law loves it!

Expensive yes, well built and long lasting too. OK how many other folk
are still happily running a standard computer of 1999 vintage; that'd be
me then with my Mac collection. OK, don't get me started...

I know how good the Mac's are - they were long lived in the 80's along side the Acorn Archimedes machines! And I LOVE them to bits..

If I could afford to buy a Mac then I WOULD... I REALLY detest the Liceiense we are "supposed" to pay for to use an operating system!

Heres to Linux Licsience Free Operating System!

*whistles* right click *whistles* :D

These days Macs are just fashion items, look at their laptops without vga ports so you need to carry an adaptor with you if you want to do a presentation, and as for their new keyboards *urgh*
I was put off back in '95 firstly by their "we have one customer, that is Steve Jobs, no one else matters" attitude, and secondly by them building a computer which once turned off, the only way to eject a floppy disk from was to stick a pin in the hole.
They've not improved over the years, with their cramp causing silly circular iMac mice, their "we know your system has security holes, we may eventually release an update, but we won't tell you if it will fix the holes or what they are" attitude.
Then there's the iPhone which came out with an inability to cut and paste, unable to bluetooth, and lacking other features that one would expect from a modern mobile phone.

Argh, sorry Andrew, I'm ranting.

Although I did remember this video

There seems to be some confusion here. Vanity plates are for people who are vain....Or are rich through having too much money or have more money than sense. That`s it all cleared up now.

Presumably by "vanity" plates you mean a number that somehow spells the owners name ? I would agree there , would never have such a thing.
A number that is relevant to the car itself is another matter , that quite appeals to me hence the one on my Evo. Probably still is egocentric but we ALL have an ego

:D
I tried to get V1 EVO the day the new V reg's came out but the DVLA website was just locked up with applicants , by the time I got through the best EVO plate available was V27 EVO , not quite the same !!

The one I have now is quite cool though and quite a few Evo 6 owners are after it !!

Very good guys.......and even better if you can hold or even make some money on them. My wife says that her gold Prelude is a nuisance because guys always come up alongside and laugh ....then want to race her. "It must be the colour" she says. Hmm the letters on reg are..MLF
