Ha Haaa . rear new sphere's arrived !!!, just waiting on the acumulator sphere to follow, ahhhh soft suspension on the way!

ok Harryjoe,

the BX will more than likely need a full set of front to rear pipes, and the only way to fit them properly is lower the rear sub frame, i have done loads of them, and also have a large pile of neew old stock hydraulic pipes, of which quite a few are for front to rear BX's

Yes , your proberbly right, maybe it was a bit of a shock for the old girl, having blood pumped though her after all those years asleep,

Hi all, managed today to change to the rear sphere's, (ah pure luxury)!!!, and all working as it should, you dont realize just how bad the ride was until you fit new ones...

Just a few what seem usual small probs with the rest of it,

Blower fan has a mind of it's own !!

Alarm setting itself off on the odd occation..

new acumulator sphere to fit..

Does any one know , if i where to purchase a cd multi changer for the boot ( a Citroen one ) , is the wiring already there for me i the boot to plug it back in ?????

Thanks today for your call citronut, (malcolm), it was really good to hear from you , and thank you for the advice, most helpful..
Still not clear on the blower mod though :oops: :cry: , still has a mind of it's own ! :lol:

Have now this afternoon changed that acumulator sphere, ! bloody frozen!
didn't need the removal tool, it was loose , and undid it by hand (result), not good though,!!

On thing i have noticed since changing the sphere , is that i think it's the pump situated under air cleaner, around gearbox area, that it is buzzing (or pumping ) like a humming bird !, should the pump , if it is the pump, sound like that or is it me being pariniod !!!


Any advice guys ???
