I upgraded my brakes. Just as well, because the old ones were pretty awful; I used the Berlingo 266mm setup, as Jon was contemplating a while back for his ZX.
Take a look.

Excellent, I'd like to do this conversion myself! I've read your website page too. Tell me these Lucas calipers do just bolt on to the existing caliper mounts on the existing hubs right? So it REALLY is as simple as 2xLucas calipers, 4xCaliper mounting nuts, 4xBrake pads for calipers, 2x266mm discs then bolt on? And it would definately fit under the standard 14inch ZX Aura/Volcane type allo wheels?

Yes, they will fit under the 14" alloys and everything just bolts straight up. Here's a quick "How To"
1. Jack up car and support on stands etc etc
2. Put a clamp on the flexible brake hose to prevent fluid loss
3. Remove old caliper and disc
4. Use a wire brush to clean the hub/disc interface, put a smear of coppaslip on here to prevent future corrosion
5. Fit new disc
6. Fit new caliper, make sure the bolt threads are clean or you will get false torque readings. Use thread lock and tighten bolts to 80ft/lbs.
Its really that simple!!
