Hello, I have a Xantia 2Ltr.HDI 2000 although the suspension rises and lowers it is slow, can someone help please.

That can be so many things. Many cars are like this and at least it is moving :lol:

Give it a 5minute period of Citeraobics first. Then if no record look at a fluid change and filter cleaning. That starts your process of elimination at least.

Being slow to rise is in many ways better than one that rises straight away as it suggests the sphere's have a decent charge of nitrogen within them.

Is your car an Exclusive? If so it will be fitted with Hydractive suspension which means it has two extra sphere's putting an addition demand on the pump.

Thanks for your information as you say as long as it is moveing thats ok, its not an Exclusive

what is slow though? are we talking 30 seconds or 4 minutes?

Hi. checked how long it took to raise and lower the car and it wasnt as bad as I thought 1 min. up and 1min down so thats fine cheers
