heater not working in citroen synergie

the fan just doesnt wanna work

There are 2 fans. 1 each side. Any chance the pollen filters have broken up and jammed them. there are 3 filters located outside just below the windscreen.

hi i have been out all morning and the circuit board behind the hand controls which opperate blower speed/temp/direction i have had my digi reader on it and i have power going in but nothin cumin out to the blower? i have been to citroen and they priced the circuit board at £44! hopefully this should sort this problem...
