1999 xsara/ elec windows

hi all , my elec windows wont work for the first 7 mins of the engine being on then they will work fine ? any ideas..

Is it all the windows dont work or just one ? They aint frozen to the seals are they ?

Failing battery? Voltage too low initially after starting to trigger the window motors.

Does this car have multiplex wiring?

Do the windows go back to the non-working state every time the engine is stopped and restarted?

yes it happens every time my ignition is switched off again..
