rear headrest removal:: solved

Hi,

Just to report I used good old elbow grease and yanked them off. They just come off if you pull up hard and fast, nothing gets broken, and they go back in nicely with a little persuasion, and just to make sure I took it off again.

Problem solved.

i can't see where any clips could go on mine, it's definitely the yank off type rather than the gentle clips type, i'll take some pics sometime

NO ONE has spotted the correct way!!

Dei you could have broken something

YOU TWIST THE PLASTIC BIT THAT THE HEAD REST SLIDES INTO!!!!!

TWIST IT THEN LIFT THE HEAD REST OUT!!!! THAT SIMPLE!

I will do it that way then, but my way works too, I pulled it up too fast to break anything. :evil:

Took the head rests off my Xsara Picasso this morning to fit new seat covers, bit baffled at first then just pressed the clip inwards on one of the stalks and it slid out easily,hope this helps
