Hi All,

This is what me, my brother and my dad are doing just now the rear pipes on his XM 2.0i turbo. we have already done his XM 2.5td.

I am going to try and write a blog about doing it so that you can see how easy it is :wink: :wink:

Nice work,

It IS possible to do it without removing the subframe completely. But it should be a welcome guide!

yes paul it is possible but it is a lot easier to take the subframe out only takes a couple of hours

i would say those pipes have only go rusty as they are/have been touching each other, and or the sub frame,

when doing a set of pipes on a BX i always lower the rear sub frame,

then you know the pipes are back exactly in all there clips and brackets properly

Will be good to see how you get along with this.

Just had a couple replaced on our white Xm, though didnt fancy doing them myself. Looks to be the same pipes and connectors you have there. We just lowered the subframe which gave enough access.

Those spheres have certainly seem some weathering :lol:
