Hi, I am trying to find out the PSI created by a 1.9TD bosch diesel fuel pump does anyone know please?

The injectors have a brake presur of 175bar and the pump should produce around 250bar (I think).
99 406 LX HDI 90 estate
99 C250TD sport estate
01 306 HDI 90 meridian estate

does this vary with engine size or are the pumps all a standard size for every single engine?

They are engine dependant. That is a bigger engine has a bigger pump , or an engine with more cylinders has a different pump , it can be different from one make to another , even the same car with the same engine can have different pump fitments. Like the 1.9TD can have Bosch or Lucas pumps.
Now using '00 Xantia LX HDI, pov spec :(

if the tank has an electric pump in it have you any idea what the pump pressure should be to feed the engines fuel pump please?

Typically between 10 & 20 psi
Now using '00 Xantia LX HDI, pov spec :(
