Well, I had a new clutch fitted last week before coming to France. The Berlingo ran fine until I got onto the ferry. The wife phoned to tell me the bad news, the engine management light came on, she took it to a local garage for diagnosis.
They said egr is the problem, she has carried on driving it in the hope I can fix it when I return to UK. It's running OK mostly, but sometimes hesitates at slow speeds. The warning light comes and goes along with the beeep.
I appreciate it may be pure coincidence but is there any possibility that changing the clutch has disturbed something? I am not familiar with egr's
(didn't have them in my day) Any pointers will be much appreciated, even how to find the egr!
