I have always (so far) managed to move reluctant spheres with the use of a large hammer and punch direct with force and TLC at the seam around the centre of the sphere.

Others will recommend the Pleides tool (I have not used one).

If they are under pressure they will likely be hard to budge.

Hi,

I have found the diy tool described in the hand tips section of the forum excellent for removal of xantia rear spheres.

By the way I do strongly recommend that you do the initial quarter turn slackening WITH the system pressurised to ensure the suspension cylinder if held firm other wise you risk the cylinder moving and pipes being bent and broken.

Regards

John
