Xantia front suspension

Post by lsjducky »

My front suspension keeps going down even more so on the drivers side and the height adjustor is where it should be. I have had all 3 spheres changed, so anybody any ideas of what it could be?!! Maybe the ball thingy with the tubes coming out of it?! (dont know name) Please someone help!!!!!

Sound like it could be the plastic link on the front height corrector has come adrift. When you say all three spheres which do you mean as there are more than three even on non hydractive models. Don't quite know what a ball thingy might be, where abouts is it located?
It infuriates me to be wrong when I know I'm right

Front suspension, 3 spheres! Acc, and two strut spheres, makes 3??

Is it just the drivers side dropping or the front dropping equally?

If it comes back up when you start the car, then theres nothing TOO drastic to worry about.. You'll need to worry when she does NOT come up when the engine is running for a moment or so..
