Hi.
I wonder if anyone knows what the fuelpressure for a Citroen BX19 16V with Motronic 1.3 and knocksensor and cat ought to be?
When I measure the difference it's about .8 bar (2.5 vs 1.7) less when I'm revving it compared to when idleing, since I'm having some problems with tha car I want to make sure that the fuelpressure is ok before I move on.

Go for the obvious service objects first, before taking up more sophisticated possible problems.
Too low fuel pump pressure will most likely ONLY give you high rev's/high engine load problems.
A more specific description on your problem would give better cyberspace faulttracing for you.
How old are your plugs ?
Is your ignition cabling absolutely clean and damp proof ?
Air filter is not more than 15Kmiles old ?
Engine oil fresh & correct grade ?
etc.
etc.
