Will dealers fit optional extra's on used cars?

I'm with you there. All the unused wiring in my SX aggravates me! It's pre-set up for Hydractive yet they never fitted the hardware; same for cruise, alarm and foglights...

I'm the kind of person who could never buy say an LX Xantia because i hate empty holes where a button 'could' be, and it always niggles away at me , always hate seeing in the owners handbook buttons i do not have and spendin that kind of money on a car and having things missing would highly annoy me
