My battery is a bit low, reading 12.3v at the moment so could do with an overnight charge but I've been told this shouldn't make a difference to the 5V control voltage fed to the TPS.
So why am I only seeing 3.03v maximum from the output when I hold the acclerator spindle fully open? I've been told this should be at least 4.5V. From closed to open, it reads 0.91v to 3.03v - can anyone tell me what the spec sheets says it should be?

PM me your email address, I have some info that will assist you.
Looking at the ECU pins.
Pin 1- Ignition on 5V
Pin 2- Ignition on acc pedal released 1V
Pin 2- Ignition on acc pedal depressed 2.9V
Pin19-Ignition nn 0V
These are figures for the 406. However it states its for DHX engines so I would imagine Citroen will be the same.
