I have had to put a new clip onto the clutch cable and I took out the drivers seat to get to the pedal. anyway I found under the seat two conectors with nothing conected to them what I am wondering is has these conectors anything to do with the alarm system, and why are they there, car is a P reg xantia, :? :?

A chunky black one (electric seat motors), and a smaller yellow plug (seat belt pre-tensioner)?

What about a small black one (seat belt warning light)?

They could be for heated seats, CD changer, "radio telephone", post a picture of them and we'll have a better idea, also take a look at this post http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/v ... hp?t=27084 are these the ones you are talking of?
