Parts Prices--Cit service site

Post by Gregg1100 »

Hi,
How does one get the prices in the Cit service site parts pages.?
I can get to what is in basket, then it goes wrong for me---a left click on part number just brings up a box with the part number, quantity, and Validate. I did get the price of one part number- quite by accident, but can't get it again, no matter what I click on.

00001343Z4 1 =? Seal Item 26
00001343Z0 1=? Water Outlet hose Item 25
00001343N8 1=£9.91 + vat= £11.40. Inlet hose Item 17
These are hoses and a seal for XUD9TE 1.9

Thanks,
Greg

ok Greg
i find when you click on basket at first it comes up with a registratiom form, i ignor that and click the basket at the top right of that page then you get the price/s of what you have sent to basket,

just make sure when just checking price's you delete each item you dont want to purchase, otherwise it will be sent out to the dealer you put down on first registering

Nothing is sent to your registered dealer, until you submit and accept the order form.
And then only if you already have a registered account.
The service information access allowance registration is not by itself an account registration.

So dont you worry - they will not send you a truck load of parts after weeks of surfing for parts information and searching for prices

Simply choose to close the parts list file that is automatically created for each new session you start (or just leave the citroen service website) then after a couple of weeks delete all the session files the server has stored for you.
This option is found in one of the buttons on the basket price list page.

Anders my service citroen acount is registerd to my local dealer, and i alway delete all items in the bascket i do not require, because as fare as i can see there is no option to send the order for parts you do want

im preity sure on the odd ocation i have orderd parts through this service, i have just sent the item/s to the bascket and it has arrived at my dealer

Hi,
Thanks for replies. My dealer is a figment of my imagination---doesn't exist, so no way could any parts be sent there. I do delete any parts put in basket anyway. :D
