Famous last words - they've disallowed my account, citing private individuals are not allowed. Do you think it was the made up VAT number that gave me away?

Very strange, still have access here. Not as if I've used it for a while either so its not the fact that infrequent use gives you away as a private individual

I got back on. I didn't copy a VAT number off a receipt (remembering to put "GB" in front of it) because that would be very naughty indeed.

BTW :

I would not even think of registering using Citroen UK's own VAT number - found from an invoice - or yellow pages -

- that would be very VERY naugthy

Citroen service site

Post by Gregg1100 »

Hi,
Tried to re-register on the service site--stupid software keeps on saying that I have not typed in the confirmation of email address---when I know well that I have. So can't get in there now.

Can anyone please tell me the cost of a bottom hose for a 98 Xantia2 1.9 TD--with the even more crazy bayonet fitting. I want to find out how much a new one is before I cut it off rad----to enable me to get radiator out.

What dickhead thought of bayonet fittings---both the other ends of top and bottom hose have NORMAL open ends, that you just slide on and secure with a jubilee clip (after the spring clips have been thrown in bin).
All designers should be shafted with the blunt end of a pineapple for coming out with ideas like these.
Thanks,
Greg
