forte stop leak application

Post by spigven »

Probably a stupid question but do you just pour it into the expansion tank (xantia 1.9 TD) ?

Thanks

Yes, that's all you need to do Mark, it'll soon circulate.

If the tank is up to level, drain a litre or so of coolant off as you don't want any of the Stop Leak blowing out of the overflow

Forte is excellent stuff, im sure it will do it some good. Although i would say that, our garage is full of the stuff ...

It cured my AXs headgasket issue, not to mention the other products.

Thanks.

Just got to source some now.

Think I've got some seepage (spelling ?) from the heater matrix.

Thanks for the link.

Oddly when I originally googled for it that didn't come up.
