hi Johnny

if the bounce is very very firm, you will probably need new suspension spheres at the back..

not expensive but can be tricky to replace the rear ones.. a local indepndant Cit specialist shouldn't charge too much....

others will be along with more soon :)

As John said, it's likely to be your rear spheres, which are easy enough to swap and only about £20 each.
Remember, always support the car on axle stands etc when working underneath!

Otherwise if your car isn't sitting level with the engine running, it could be your rear hight corrector is sticking and needs cleaning up and re-lubing.

It's always worthwhile regularly doing citrobics too.
With the engine running, set the hight adjuster to highest, wait a couple of minutes once it's fully up (oh and check your LHM level, make sure the orange disc is between the two red lines, over the top line is ok, below the bottom means add LHM), then set the car to low, again wait a few minutes once all the way down. Repeat this several times.
It flushes the LHM through the system, returning any bubbles back to the resevoir, and also gives your height correctors a good workout.
