I have noticed when doing citerobics that if I turn from lock to lock when the suspension is on low that I get a real froth entering the LHM tank. Does this indicate air being drawn into the steering somewhere or is this normal ?

Provided the fluid level is correct its normal.
When you release fluid under very high pressure, it will always tend to spray as it instantly hits the surrounding air.
Here this is the case inside a return pipe, hence the spray is then collected as fluid heavily mixed with air, i.e. frothing.
The correct fluid level is checked with suspension in hign, and the chinese hat indicator to rest between the 2 red indicator rings.
