XSARA PROBLEM

Hi,I've got a 1.6 petrol xsara 2000 model and my "K" light keeps flashing,the diagnostics read that "injector group 3 short circuit to ground"
what does this mean?the car now and again does lurch a little and it starts ok from cold or hot,any ideas?? thanks in advance
