Hello,
Just a quick question....The remote key on my Xsara, the rubber buttons on the side are really worn, and id like to replace them...Asked at Citroen about getting a replacement button rubber, so I could just open the key up and replace the rubber bit, anyway, they told me they don't do that, they only replace the whole key (at least £50) which I don't want to do as the key is fine it's just the rubber bit of the buttons.
Anyone found anywhere I could get the button rubber from?
I found replacement key fobs for Peugeot's on ebay, (replaced the other half's plip cover fine) but not for the Xsara key.
The key has 2 buttons, and they are on the side of the plip unit.
Cheers,
Rob

Hi guys.
I think i have asked this here before.....if the key fob fails to unlock the car even after the battery has been changed, what's the next step in the diagnosis of a problem??
