Xantia HDi Estate- Front Pads
Me again. Are there any "need to Know" before I change the front pads on the Xantia. It's got ABS but I have never done ABS before.Sorry but at the moment I still like my 1.9 no fuss TD.

If it's a 110 (and possibly a 90 since it's an estate) it has different brakes to the 'lesser' versions. Changing the pads is much the same, except the bottom is held in by a bolt rather than the pin, and the pads can be difficult to get out of the carrier since the anti-rattle springs hold them in well.... Still need to screw the pistons back in, and both go clockwise. ABS makes no difference
