Citroen Service site

Post by Gregg1100 »

Hi,
Anyone been having problems logging in to the Cit Service site??. I am registered under 2 names, and when entering username and password carefully, either one, it just says " An error has occured". Firefox used to remember correctly the details, but still the error message.
I wondered if it was just me.
Thanks,
Greg

I've just tried it. It's letting me log in and see documentation but I get the error if I try and look at spare parts. I'm using Firefox too.

Try another browser, Safari or Opera. Might be a Firefox thing.

I've tried IE7, Safari, Opera and Firefox with the same result.

Not nessercelery!
Many sites are optimised for IE but IE is a non standards compliant browser, so others look as though they are borked when in fact there is nothing wrong with them.

I'm getting the same in Opera..

I guess they're doing maintenance on it, Weekends and Sundays in particular are popular times to do this sort of thing.

I expect it'll all be good again on Monday. If not, and in the meantime, I can supply part numbers from Laser for anyone in urgent need.

At the logtime of this posting - I tried logging in to Service net using FF.
I have no problems at all - using my proprietary DK language settings.
