With the extremely kind offer of help from Mike T (thanks again) I will be sorting my rear height corrector tomorrow, hopefully.
Have bought a new link rod for it as they are cheap enough and the old one is probably worn. I just need to know a suitable grease to lube everything up?
Thanks

Hi Toby,
Personally, I favour a can of spray grease. The one I like is made by Comma. It comes out like frothy water but thickens up a bit after a while. It appears to do a good penetration job.
It may not be all that durable so you need to make checking and lubricating your HCs a regular maintenance job.
Wishing you and Mike good success in your HC endeavours this weekend
