Hi Lol,

Thank you for looking, that's good to know. It is expensive but as I understand it, you only use a small quanity so 5L would probably serve many of us. If they deliver abroad then I'm certainly interested.

Anyone else UK-side interested?

Hi Mike,

Forgive my ignorance here but what is Hydronet 2000?

In a nutshell, what is the claimed benefits of Hydronet 2000? I guess there are some very significant ones if you are considering importing the stuff from across the channel :?

It could be snake oil, I'm really skeptical about the video but if it's true I want some.

This thread is the one that caught my interest

I've just spent the last hour or so reading through the thread on the Club-XM forum and it makes rather interesting reading...

I was rather alarmed to see people proposing adding petrol, paraffin and diesel in their LHM reservoirs as a substitute for Hydranet 2000.

It has to be worth a try though. If nothing else, it might be good tackle fior cleaning out LHM reservoirs and filters when doing a normal LHM change..

Perhaps something to bring back when someone goes over on a "booze cruise". I guess there is a source in Calais somewhere... I can't imagine customs or the ferry people being to0 bothered as the package looks just like a can of oil.

I do feel I'm missing an opportunity if I don't try it. Shall I count that as three people to share the risk so far? How many doses does 5L hold?

The only reservation I have is that video can be reproduced with my car - with the aid of fast-forward or a forklift  But I'm sure that car would be uncomfortable for the driver. (Why do we only see the axles?)

Good idea about the booze cruise! I'm currently trying to pursuade friends to do just that as I don't have a passport (why are we in the EU again?) otherwise I'm in the ideal position to go right now. Might happen May. I just need to find an insider at the P.O. to get me a free passport. 8)

There's sure to be NORAUTOs in or around Calais/Folkstone/Boulogne, Mike. I will take a trip to a local NORAUTO sometime this week to try and identify their extact equivalent of Hydranet 2000

Thank you very much Lol. If it's as good as they say and only available in France, you might have a niche export market opportunity there! 8)

The wife's Xantia XUD TD estate is going into NORAUTO at the end of the month for a free under guarantee check on the slowly leaking aircon which NORAUTO 'mended' last summer.

I will buy 5L of this elixir and add some to all our Xants... can't do any harm even if they seem to work OK. eh?
