ZX Question

Post by N_CURTIS »

Hi all.

Following on from my woodshed story I have a question.

How do you go about removing the relay box from the NS inner wing?

Cheers

I think you have to remove the battery and its tray. I seem to recall there were some fixings under there.. :?

I seem to remember on ours (94 1.9D) the thing had a board covering the whole of the inside and the fastenings were underneath.

There is a multiplug going through the wing or something. Usual ZX thing like those in the doors and unscrews rather nicely.

Thanks for the replies.

Mine too has a shelf/board in it and having had another good look, I can see a nut on a stud that holds the base of the box to the inner wing. A similar setup to that which holds the PAS reservoir.

The box does feel quite well fixed, so I'm guessing there is more to it that than just that one nut. I'll try and remove the shelf/board (hopefully without breaking anything!) and go from there.

Thanks again.
