ZX rear door problem

I have a ZX 5 door which I bought at just under 3 yrs old. Since new there has been a problem with the shutting of the rear doors. Shut them like any normal car and they don't shut tight. Slam them hard and they will. I get fed up with telling people "The doors not shut properly - can you open it again then slam it shut". Looking in the handbook it went back under warranty for this problem at 6 months and obviously wasn't rectified. The guy who sold it to me said that he never used the back doors so it was due to lack of use. Anyone else had this problem or knows how to rectify it?

Alan,
I guess you need to ease off the amount the door catches...only a fraction should be enough to allow them to shut nicely.
