I have a 99 TD xantia, a new original remote for unlocking the car.
I there a way to program the remote to shut the windows when i lock the car?

No, is the simple answer. However, if you were handy with the soldering iron and a few chips, you could probably make a control board that would do the necessary.

And if the remote is not programmed to the car at all, then you need to go to the dealer to get them to put it on the diagnostic machine to programme it in
