Hi, anyone any idea where i can get carbon brushes form my xantia mk2 heater fan?

What make is the fan ?. Some of those brushes are universal, it might be an ides to take out the worn ones, and take them along to a Bosch Supplier, or a washing machine parts supplier.

There is someone on Ebay who sells assorted low voltage brushes for power tools. If you measure them he will see if he can match them. Brushes for 12v motors have a different composition to mains types. I have never had the brushes fail on one of those, it's usually the regulator transistors.
