I've just done a plug change on my 1999 Xantia Activa 2.0 turbo and noticed that something seems to be missing...

Can anyone tell me what is meant to fit over this ball joint?

Nope, Nothing Mike. Mine's the same.

I guess that is where the cruise control would connect if it was fitted.
