Nearside lights

Post by Ross »

My nearside lights head, main, and side have all packed up for no apparent reason - the bulbs all seem ok but it would appear there is no power - the offside lights are fine and at the moment I am doing 250miles a day (visiting family in hospital) with the fog lights on on the journey home so at least both sides of the car have some light.
I am a bit stuck for time with this as I have to use the car for the visits on a daily basis - and sooner or later my luck will run out and I will be stopped by the boys in blue and rightly so.
I have checked all the fuses in the interior drivers side fuse box and the engine bay fuse box but all seems ok.
I am hoping that someone will have had this problem before and let me know possible causes

Thanks all

Sorry to read of the necessity of such long travels.
The lights fault may be caused by a rotten wire in the loom along the bottom of the radiator.
This topic may nod in the right direction:
