ZX TD - Water Pump

I know this might be a daft question,

But which Water Pump listed at GSF is for my 1996 TD Elation as it lists 3 pumps which to choose from, I don't know what my RP is ??

Where would I find this RP number on my car, I can see my paint code on the L/H suspension turret.

You can reverse-generate the RP number range for a Citroen.
A '96 produced Citroen would have an RP number in the range :
6993 - 7358 (jan 1/dec 31 - 1996)

Exactly where the orga (rp) number is printed I donno on the ZX. My guess is on either side's suspension turrett in the engine bay - or on either front door pillar near the interior lights switch. On the CX and all the BX'es I've owned, the number was stenciled on LHS front door pillar as described.
Some of my BX'es had no numbers to be found.
Note that a good cleaning / waxing easily rubs away the stencilling

Your cars VIN number may be used instead. This will also be found on the papers/documents for your car.

Just been to look - on ours it is stencilled in yellow paint on top of the N/S (left hand) suspension strut mount, not far from the paint code which is in white paint.

I suspect you will want the middle one of the three pumps - I guess the first will be for clip on belt covers, the second for bolt on covers, and the third for very late cars 1997 onwards.

Same place as Richard's - and dirty yellow. In fact its rather poorly painted and the number I originally thought it was would have been impossible - but knowing the range it should be in enabled me to get it right.

I've found it, its in yellow on top of the L/H strut as said.

Its 6976, so from Anders link that puts it as being made between 1st Dec 1995 and 1st Jan 1996 which would be about right as it was registered 04/1996.
