Installing Activa suspension onto a standard Xantia is a seriously big job which should not be under estimated. On top of the extra plumbing, you have a multitude of sensors with wiring to match which extends to inside the car, not to mention the different anti roll bars and front suspension wishbones, the list is endless. I think the hardest part will be trying to gain access around the engine in order to fit the loom, I admire your optimism

Are you sure you want an Activa THAT much :?

If you are definate on this as a project I've seen a suitable donor car for sale.

Blown engine, or alternatively my 'spares' Activa, which is just missing its dash board as I've swapped it onto my car due to a previous mobile phone installation.
