Call your dealer !
And make a time waster on his parts man - just to demonstrate the difference between now - and then
Dont forget to mention you wold not have wasted his precious time if PRnet was still available
Make sure you keep him on the phone at least 10mins

Then wait 10mins and call again - ask for another guy - just to re-assure it is the correct part nos you've got.

That'll teach them :!:

The gits have changed it to pay as you go. You can still get the info but you gotta give 'em your credit card number.

I decided to stump up the dosh and pay for a subscription, €3 an hour isn't too bad considering you can print off all the V6 wiring diagrams, any part of the service manual and all the exploded views and part no.s.

Wiring diagrams ?
Thats good news - indeed !
Makes the subsription fee more value for money.
Never found any wiring diagrams on the old PRnet.

I cant believe you could print out all the V6 documentation out during one hour. Thats way out impossible

No I didn't print every page, just the pages that cover jobs pending  Or should I say most important jobs pending, because as every Xantia owner knows, jobs pending is a list without end.

Now I know how much info is on there I will no doubt purchase another hour at some time and print off some more if I can afford the ink

O.K. but they could have done this on two levels I.E. basic as it was before with the access we had before so we could all look up part numbers, and know that we had selected the right one, without having to resort to having to speak to the kid with no mechanical knowledge, who is just out of school, who cannot work out anything from the dealers operating system, who is under pressure to be quick, but clearly cannot be, and who's mind is normally elsewhere.

The second level would be this pay as you go set up (which some bean counting muppet t**t has come up with) with this there would be access to the more detailed technical information which would allow more time/opportunity to investigate wiring diagrams, service manuals etc. So you would get more value for money when delving deeper.

They should be looking after their customers not alienating them, and not giving the dealers more to do, and get wrong as they do struggle with their current work load even before this money grabbing change.

So I've tried paid 3 euros and was worth it!!!
Pictures are the same as before but there are citroens technical manuals as well ypu can check how things work and how to test them. I've printed off about 30 pages checked one thing for my wife's xsara and ran out of time. i'm sure that I will use it again It's quite good.
