Different cylinderbore on saloon(38mm) and estate(40mm) pre '95 models.
'95 on the same bore saloon & estate, but layout different to the pre '95 types.
Hydractive cylinders are obviously different : large 10mm pipe fittings instead of the standard small 3.5mm pipe fittings.

I think you've got that all jumbled up Anders.
The Citroen books I have say:
Estates all years, 40mm
Saloons before 1996 - 35mm, saloons 1996 onwards 37mm.
