Xantia estate HDi 1999 rear boot locking

My Xantia HDi 90 has a reluctant rear boot electro locking device. I have removed it and given it a quick once over, but it seems to not always thow with enough force, so that eventually the boot will be locked when the doors aren't and vice versa... is there an easy fix, or do I need to buy a new locking electro unit?

It'll be the servo unit.

The same one is fitted to BX doors, so cheap second hand.
