Anyone know if the old silentlblocs need a press to remove them from the wishbones?

The best lubricant for rubber is ..... water!jeremy wrote:You can remove them without a press by sawing through from the centre to the outside to cut the outer steel ring and relieve the tension on it. Some grease on the hacksaw blade as it goes through the rubber bit helps.
They will then drive out quite easily unless completely rusted in.
