C5 BRAKE PADS

Has anyone changed the pads on a c5 the lcd on the dash has told me to replace them .Does anyone know if there like the xantia wind out ones.Probably just front as they have started squeeking.

the front pads on the c5 are very similar to the xantia and they do have to be screwed in but one is lefthand thread and one is righthand thread cant remember which is which.the backs are the same as the xantia and just push in.see if you can get hold of the tool to wind the pistons in,i borrowed one and it made it a real easy job.good luck

Offside needs to be wound back anticlockwise, the nearside one, clockwise.
