You can set the timezone in your profile.

i have just checked the time zone in my profile and it is set for GMT,i have also just replied to a topic and the time comes up about an hour sloregards malcolm

Aren’t you meant to be at GMT + 1 hour for summer time ?
If the clock in your profile is at GMT now, that’s where the cuckoo is. :P
