My C5 blitzed the MOT, smoke test came to 0.84 average over 5 runs. The tester commented that I've done a lot of mileage since last year; nearly 20k.
The tester paid no attention to the hydraulic piping and only looked briefly at the struts.
I got a good look underneath before another employee asked me to stand in the waiting area. I was standing under cars during their MOT's having bits explained by the tester 20 years ago (while aged 6!).
There was some confusion about the front handbrake and how to lift the suspension to make jacking up easier.
The brakes gave their usual excellent performance, once again being stronger than the machine.
I'm happy.
